So this thread got me thinking. I said to myself, “Self, that idea is genius. Only a true man among men could create such a brilliant devise and only use it for Good.” I went directly to the lab, after work. It’s where I keep all my awards, so....Anyway I worked diligently for what seemed like 7 and a half minutes. Then low-and-behold an epiphany of recoil absorbing mechanics hit me like a hammer. A tiny plastic hammer, like you had in your Fisher-Price tool set.
The rear “elasticizer” (the thing that looks exactly like a tire, but it’s not, it’s an elasticizer) is fully adjustable for the shooter’s body length and shooting position. Once that is set, the tension on the front recoil absorbing spring is set using the included torque wrench. This allows for semi, possibly, accurate tension to be applied.
Then the monopod counter tensioning devise thingy is adjusted to create three planes of good old recoil suppressing power. Tests show that the recoil is negated 1000% and a tiny wormhole is created just in front of your Quigley-Ford scope. The wormhole seems to double the Coriolis Effect and spindrift, but Hell, there’s absolutely zero recoil. The government will actually send you a rebate check thanking you for the lack of recoil!! It’s true!

Why doesn't some take one of these. Tie the pull string to front of trigger guard. Tie another rope to the throwing arm and the forend of the rifle. When the rifle recoils the arm will be triggered and rifle will be pulled forward. Making recoil a negative number.
