    "TMZ has obtained arrest docs in Hayden's case ... and Hayden's daughter is now backing up the allegations. She told investigators Hayden took her virginity in March, 2013 when she was 11-years-old. She said she was orally and vaginally raped almost daily, but did not report it because he threatened her physically.

    According to the docs, the victim says Hayden told her, "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."

    im pretty sure thats why hes not on the FFL anymore it was under the guy who lefts name then it went to the teacher.

    I'm a little surprised at how quickly you all are dropping the guilty verdict with two news articles (both of whom quote TMZ. TMZ! When did TMZ become a quotable news source?). We all know how biased the media is, and obviously (due to an ongoing investigation/court case) the full details have not been published. How can you pass judgement so quick?

    I guess "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't mean much anymore.

    For those with low reading comprehension: I am not defending Will.

    This could be a way to discredit Will and get him out of the business picture. Or perhaps a personal grudge between family. It's so easy to discredit anyone with accusations of child molestation/pornography. Once an accusation is made the the public just assumes the accused is guilty.

    Just look at the majority of the responders here. "Child molestation?! He's guilty! Hope he gets his cornhole reamed by bubba".

    I was under impression Vince had the FFL prior to leaving show? Not sure what happened to Will's FFL but it's not to hard to figure out if he got it taken away that he had issues with ATF - never a good thing! Show was poorly produced if ya ask me anyway! Like all reality TV as rating is all that anyone cares about! Old men like him will be welcome in Angola ! ya know everyone has heard about this and he will be taken care of once he makes that trip south!
     
    Given what we know about the political slant of the entertainment industry, I wonder if they know about this when they gave him the show knowing that it would make it big news when He got busted.

    I haven't followed this but I'm pretty sure his other daughter, the one on the show, was just on Dr Phil going public with her abuse.
     
    TMZ's information is usually spot on. All they are saying is we have a copy of the actuall charges filed.

    I don't know the man and I try not to Jump to conclusions on these matters. what I can say is having been directly involved in putting some one like this behind bars. is unless they have STRONG! Evidence he would not be sitting behind bars. I never liked the guy and every one has poked fun at his daughter. If this is true and he did what he is acused of my heart gos out to his daughter and any one else involved. Because he handed her a life sentence and every one else he did this to
     
    Tucker if ya win, I got a rusty ole black smith screw vice, We can clamp his thing in it and pour a gallon of gas around him. Then we will hand him a rusty knife and I'll get ready to toss a match, you can cap him if he cuts his thing off and outruns the fire, otherwise well just let him burn.
     
    I hate to pass judgement already but the media sure does sound convincing. I don't want to believe that he would do that but we will soon no whether he is innocent or guilty. If guilty... Then he deserves everything he has coming to him.
     
    He may be the next posterboy in the fed pen. He will need lots of lubes to control the infections. May God have mercy on his asshole!

    I know its horrible to say but someone like that commits suicide. At his age, with the thoughts circling around in his head, the last place he will want to spend the last remaining years of his life is prison.

    Jokes aside it is a fact that 1 out of 3 girls are molested as a child so look around in your life and family and do the math
     
    Guys, I sat on a grand jury hearing capital crimes. This stuff is not simple. This is why we have courts and rules of evidence and juries and, yes, lawyers. The system may suck but it is our system. Let it work. If he is not guilty then he is not guilty -- don't let the media tell you what to think. If he is guilty then have at him. In the meantime, I plan to reserve judgement.

    Any punishment we are talking about presumes conviction at trial.
     
    A work collegue's 19 year old daughter stopped calling him and would never return his calls. Then the police showed up. Then they went through is work email. Turns out his daughter turned him in for molestation. This guy had taken care of his daughter after his wife left him, worked hard to pay for her elite university education.

    Somehow it leaked out that the cops were looking at his work emails for this sort of issue and he became a nobody. The police did not have enough evidence to convict him this guy. But that wasn't enough for his collegues, friends and neighbors. They hated this guy. He finally left work and moved to another state where he lives alone taking pictures.

    The really sad part was when his daughter got to be about 26 she recanted her story. The whole 'repressed memory' thing started as a way of getting attention while she was in this prestiges university.

    I am a fan of the legal system and I think it needs to run its course. Dont judge too quickly. If he is guilty then DiverDon's approach works for me.
     
    Unless Snaggle Tooth already has a book deal lined up, I don't really see the upside to her lying about this. Her dad and the Discovery tv show are the only reason we know who she is. With Daddy going to the slammer and the show cancelled, she'll probably slip back into Saiga inspired obscurity with her half-tard husband hammering on AR receivers and making 6 !Cannon!-loving spawn while spreading half naked on a Jesse James monstrosity.

    Not that it has any bearing on this case but about 20 some years ago there was a bit of scandal concerning day care's.
    A few were found guilty of various transgressions.
    BUT a couple of people were almost railroaded into prision.
    The investigators were ask the young kids leading questions, kids anxious to please would go along with the questions.
    Luckily someone, (professional) tumbled to this method of operation a had it stopped.

    I think this clown is probably guilty, or someone offered the girl lotsa candy to play along.

    (Remember the Lacrosse players? they were convicted by the Media, especially that mean old Bitch Nancy Grace. Nary an apology after they were exonerated)
     
    I would like to second Bax in saying that we should let the justice system do it's thing before we hang him.

    That being said, if he IS guilty then I vote handing him over to diverdon for work rather than some penitentiary.

    It's a shame, though. RedJacket built some damn fine AKs although they were better before the show came out.
     
    Maybe he was molested when he was a little kid ? Its been said "Hurting people hurt others" No of course that doesn't excuse his perversion. Just when he's permanently incarcerated I hope he receives counseling ,takes ownership of his choices and apologizes to his victims
     
    Steph and Vince were the only ones I liked on that show when it first started. But after awhile I got tired of the bad acting, especially her dad, foghorn leghorn. " I say, I say goil, I don't cair if ya is only thirteen"! "Kin? shure ya kin"
