I misread and thought the Norma was a full die set.

It is the full 3-die set. Seater, decapping/neck and a body die. It’s the S-Type set with micrometer seater (they don’t make a micrometer decapping die in a set that I am aware of for 300NM).

If you don’t want to size the neck then you simply remove the bushing from the decapping die.

I see now… Someone at the factory checked the wrong selection on the green container.
