Will or can a Redding Type S Neck Bushing Die "bump" the shoulder back? I am wondering if it works like the Forster Bushing Bump Dies? Or do you have to use the body die to achieve any "bump" or setback that would be desired? I run Forster all the time but have less experience with the Redding and it's been a while since I've used them. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
