Will or can a Redding Type S Neck Bushing Die "bump" the shoulder back? I am wondering if it works like the Forster Bushing Bump Dies? Or do you have to use the body die to achieve any "bump" or setback that would be desired? I run Forster all the time but have less experience with the Redding and it's been a while since I've used them. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

I use Redding Type S neck bushing (no bushing ) die in almost all of my calibers for shoulder bump only . I have to "shave " about 3-4 thou of the bottom of them by simply "riding " die in circle motion on even surface ( granite ) and fine sandpaper with some cutting oil . Otherwise factory unaltered die wouldn't simply "bump". I made shoulder bumping separate operation after FL / FL-Bushing resizing . Cases must be free of any lubricant ,especially on the shoulder area for consistent bump . Also noticed that neck remains concentric after bumping this way.

The regular bushing die will do this, but the neck dies are too long without modifications.

ETA, Vitali342 answered while I was still typing.

I like the sandpaper trick, thanx.
So are you using a full length sizing die first then using your "sanded bushing die" without a bushing installed?
