when working through a wide step to higher or max pressures; it is common/expected to come across several charge ranges that tighten up groupings and even witness areas where the velocity vs. charge weight will flatten out. RE15 being no different.
My loads and most anyones' include velocity goals so to answer the question; no. I'm more curious on what is available on the high end. Start low and work higher to max, pick your poisen inbetween vs need and operating temp range.
Without any stated charges, step, MV's, or barrel length, it is hard to guess where you are at.
