Rem 5R .223

My brother and I did a search and could not come up with the twist for this. I believe it is 1/9, but I am not sure.

Please help me out here, and if you have some load data for the heavier projos, I would love to see 'em.

Take a look at this thread, I think they mention the twist rate about in the next to last post.

Thank you, 'Bama. I would like to have some loads with the 69gr or whatever folks have luck with, the uses RL15. I seem to have an oodle of that particular powder.
