Gunsmithing rem 700 old style trigger consistency

If a rem 700 old style trigger (not 40x) is adjusted to 32 oz, what kind of consistency is acceptable? Is the trigger expected break 32 oz all of the time or will the trigger be off by + - few oz if you test the trigger 20 times or more.

+- 1 oz, any more than that, break it down, clean/inspect, CHECK sear area. Hope it helps.
