Gunsmithing Remage barrels

I'm looking to order 2 from NSS. Both 26" 6.5cm threaded for brakes. Would it be better to get them both at the same time? They have them in stock ready to ship. Would it be better to get sister barrels if they are numbered?

In terms of consistency, I don't think it makes a big difference. Barrels aren't serialized. As far as convenience goes, get them together. Near indefinite shelf life, it'll be there when you need it.

It sure is nice not to have to scramble when a barrel dies.
I generally order a barrel as soon as screw in a new one.
