First off...it is BRAKE, not BREAK.
Second, why do people always asked if they have somehow F---ed something up AFTER they have already done it? Reason dicates that it is better to ASK FIRST before actually doing if you have concerns about the outcome!
Fortunately for you, as long as the brake was installed by a competent gunsmith that understands the proper threading of a barrel, concentricity of the threads to the bore, proper timing of the brake, etc., then you shouldn't have any difficulties. Routinely, a quality brake can actually improve accuracy (albeit slightly).
