Ya thats normal.
That dimple look is also common in rounds that have been fired in 700's. The primer hole, I believe is too large, so the primer itself flows slightly into the hole.
Also, notice the nice rounded edges on the outside of the primers? That is indicative of what a primer looks like under normal conditions.
Take into consideration sometimes primer flattening isnt always a tell-tale sign, but in most of the cases it is.
