Removal of static build up

Like the title says, I've got a build up of static on various reloading components, mainly the plastic funnels etc. Anyone have a trick to get rid of the static build up, lots of the
powder kernels stick to the body of the funnel making it difficult to fill the cases properly. I have them washed with soap and water , dried it off and it helped a bit but didn't
get rid of it entirely.

Any ideas? Thanks,

Try using dryer sheets. I keep a one in my powder dispensers when not in use and wipe down my funnels with them before use.

I wipe the keypad of my CM1500 too.

Wipe down with Windex and paper towels. Let air dry. Learned that trick by talking with lyman about my dps2 drifting.

Yep, I also have found that certain brands of dryer sheets don't work as good as others. The super stinky orange box Bounce ones seem to work the best.

Though I seem to remember in my teens in England ( 1980's) Bounce was the name of a magazine title specifically with girls huge tits.........bit like this....not that I ever looked at 'em....I'll see what kinda bounce the supermarket here has...

Coat them with graphite, you can even wipe it on then wipe it "off" with a dry cloth. Best solution I've found - better than dryer sheets.

Wasn't that bad, we used to trade them mags at school for cigarettes (my dad sent me to English public school ..poor guy)

I guess that's not the Bounce I need to rubbing on my reloading gear......

I spit on them funnel then lick it off, the static tickles my tongue, dryer sheets taste funny.

I was having that problem with certain powders and just decided to purchase Saturn aluminum and brass funnels...problem solved!

Hadn't seen them funnels in aluminium, thanks, the bounce thing works but no harm in getting one of those funnels....
