Removing Doughnut

I have a sinclair neck turner. I know of the K&M carbide fluted mandrel. Not sure if it will fit on a sinclair holder. So, what methods are available for removing the doughnut after neck turning for those that have a sinclair neck turner or maybe something that will work with a forester trimmer?

You that not all calibers are dounut makers, awhile ago Victor posted a link to an industrial supply house that sell hole reamers at a way better price than the reloading places sell them, you simply order the the size you need and when it arrives you use the reamer to remove the dounut, I don't neck up brass or shoot a caliber that makes dounuts so I don't have any
