Rifle Scopes Replacement target style turret Leupold VXIII?

Anyone know of a replacement target style turret with an adjustable zero for a Leupold VXIII 4.5-14x50? The moveable gold ring zero system that comes as standard on these is a joke.

Leupy will put on a set of Target Turrets for $125. Usually less than 2 week turnaround.
