Just in case anyone was wondering how RB is doin on there customer service now. I had recieved a L-1K last week...installed it and after about 25 pulls it started developing some creep. Called RB talk to Clay about adjusting the sear. As I began to adjust I couldnt ever get the pull lbs back to 1.5lbs. Anyway to make a long story short I emailed clay and this is what he sent me in response.
Brad,
I will ship another L-1 set at 1.5 lbs via Priority Mail today. You will receive on Saturday.
There will be a self address padded envelope inside carton for you to return defective trigger.
Please disassemble safety and bolt strap release from trigger which will make it easier to ship.
Also, I will test this trigger on my 700 action before shipping.
