Rifle case foam repair help

I have a number of cases with loose foam, top and bottom.

As the title say!
From experience what glue do you use?

barge cement or low temp hot glue

hot glue will make it easier to replace the foam

You use glue and you can easily have a gloppy mess, buy some wide double sided tape.

note that some foam will melt with hot glue, so test if you go that route.
if you want something permanent (not suggesting) you could use contact cement.
i would use double stick tape or something for something less permanent.

The 3M spray in aerosol cans. Spray both items wait 10 sec. Put them together. After a few minutes it's forever.
