I have A36 Plasma cut steel from Arkansas Custom Manufacturing. The target stands (3/8" round bar) and hangers (3/8" and 1/4" round bar) I sourced locally.

From L-R the target size height is 12", 9", 6", 5", 4", and 2.5" With calm wind conditions I can stretch the 12" out to 250yds and the smallest out to 150yds from the bench.
As for hostage and flapper rimfire targets:
