I just bought a new LAR-8 at the gun show last weekend and a budy gave me a DPMS cheap-0 hand guard. Can I put it in the rockriver?

No. You need a handguard specific to the RRA LAR-8 as the threads on the DPMS handguard/nut won't match up to the RRA upper.
Hey thax ORD I was afraid of that. I knew the armalite was different was not 100% about the rock.
