Rock River PDS carbine

Re: Rock River PDS carbine

I'm not sure what "sale" prices you can find. Not too easy to find, has been my experience. I bought one here;

They were great to deal with. Very straight up. It's been a great little rifle. Absolutely no issues, or feeding problems. Stays pretty clean even with a lot of firing. I think you'll enjoy it.

Go with something that has milspec parts in it. Examples, Larue tactical, Daniel Defense, or even DPMS. All these mentioned are cheaper by 500 to 300 bucks and will out perform the RRA in the long run. I feel I can say the above cause I have owned a RRA since 2001 and have since changed everthing on it minus the lower receiver to mil spec parts and better barrel. Once I started changing the parts thats when I found out nothing is mil spec and wont even hold a proper fit on a magpul ctr stock. Also they are using low buffer weights instead of H buffer which turned in to damaged upper from bolt tilt and a company that wont stand behind their product. The only thing I would buy from RRA is their lower but I would have to change out the buffer and tube to handle better. My .50 cents

Hmmm. That's was supposed to be PDS nit PCS. I believe it is a piston driven system. I don't want to pay extra for the name Larue. Thanks for the replies.
