Just a quick note on our muzzle brake manufacturing status.
We have been over run with orders since early this year and the IWA only compounded this. We had planned some expansion steps for during the summer break but have had to act earlier in order to increase production now.
A move to larger capacity was nessecary. This has however meant having to stop production on some items, mainly the brakes to enable the move.
The building wasn't ready for our move in and this delayed us a good 3 weeks. we have just managed to get things sorted over the Easter weekend and production will be running back up at the end of the week, It will take a couple weeks to catch back up, but better availability in the future on brakes and other parts will be the end result,.

Sorry to keep any of you waiting on brakes, so my appologies for that, but we will get caught back up asap.
( p.s. this does not effect RCS II production, which is in full swing)

thanks Pete

Delfuego i guess that "Most folk are as happy as they make up thier minds to be"

with regards to brakes, a large pile of swarf thats getting larger and a larger pile of oily sharp edged gadgets that is also getting larger. first batch will be in the tubler to remove burs and shrap egdes at the weekend,
then i can start QC and finishing

Re: Roedale Muzzle Brakes

Update, we are now fully back up to speed on the muzzle brake production. we have caught up with all orders to date, which are now starting to ship out ( Heike and Geoff are packaging stuff up like its Christmas right now) and we've also produced some over run for shelf stock. We are now producing batches of 100 at a time rather than the previouse 25 or 50 and the next batch of 100 brakes will also be ready in <4 weeks. Currently we have shelved stock of all types of brake.
The move and upgrade of machining facility/equipment has increased an already high quality standard and reduced wastage, resulting in faster turn around and better availability.

Thanks for your continued support. Pete
