We were in DC Saturday and Sunday and they were assembling or least what I would call assembling. Bikes and good folks everywhere. Unfortunately saw a couple of bikers in accidents trying to get to airport yesterday. I always hate that. My wife and I were all eyes while driving because there were so many bikers that needed respect. As others said F’em and gather what will LE do?????

Attended Rolling Thunder back about 2002-2003, definitely post 9/11.

Stayed at Round Top Campground in Gettysburg than when in DC had no accommodations.

Just drove two Harleys out on the National Mall, threw down our sleeping bags, and no one screwed with us at all.

We were within 100 yards of the Washington Monument.

Next morning, awaking at dawn, the side of the mall was lined with brand new shiny Porta Potties, that never saw ass until mine landed on it.

Just want to thank all the tax payers for that experience in what should be my city to do as I please (within reason) in.
