Photos Rough draft of a logo I'm designing

There is a company that is just starting up called Archangel Gear. Supposed to be gear like t-shirts, patches, decals, mugs, etc marketed towards those in the Sniper profession. Here is the rough draft of the logo so far.

You really want to give them a logo without a modern tree reticle? Where's the tiny dot and .2mil hashmarks /jk
Looks good but wings could be a tad more minimal.
