I started out with a Stainless 10/22 NIB. Sent rifle to Connecticut Precision Chambering. This guy does tons of 10/22 work and for the $..you simply cannot beat the results. You can go to his site and see what a total accurizing job entails but essentialy does everything to the rifle possible to make it smoother and mpore accurate. He cuts both ends of factory bbl and rechambers with a semi-auto match chamber, cut and recrown muzzle, debur bolt, smooth action, jewel bolt, fantastic trigger job!. 2lbs and super crisp. Best trigger job on a factory 10/22 without replacing the trigger. He says most guns he reworks shoot around 3/8" at 50 yards. Came with cheap black plastic stock and I purchased a New wood stock with some decent tiger stripe.
I have put 174 rounds of various ammo through it and no high stuff. It will shoot 1 ragged hole at 50 yards with a couple different brands. At 25 yards it';s a matter of trying to make the one ragged hole smaller than the last group. Never shot at 100. $600+ invested. was going to use for sporter silhouette but there are no matches around here anymore.
Scope, rings and bipod Not included
The group at target 57 is 10 shots btw....
$450 + shipping
