run loaded ammo though a small base die?

i have some 6xc loaded that was run trough a regular sizing die, and with my new barrel it is very stiff to chamber and extract.
i got a tubbs die, and initial testing with fired casings show that it solves my problem.

can i take out the primer punch and neck bushing and resize my loaded ammo?
