Quick question for the experts. Does a 700P and a 700 sps both have the same coating that is very susceptible to rust. I've found a new 700P at a great price and it seems to have some nice features that I would like to start my build. However I want to know if it has a nicer coating than the sps's have. I like the 26" heavy barrel feature. Also would the bolt on a 5R be noticeably smoother to work than the 700P. Is a 700P's bolt as rough as the sps's? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
