I won't go into details but RW Snyder's customer service is outstanding and they stand behind the products they sale. Why can't all companies follow their lead. I will be back to purchase another scope soon. I just wanted to say Thanks.
Glad to hear you had a good experience. It is amazing to me that more companies, not necessarily Hide vendors, can't figure out this basic concept of business. Take care of the customer and they will take care of you.
If more would follow RW snyders lead they would get my business. Over the next year I plan on replacing 4 scopes with Mil/Mil so you can guess who will get the business. The only other company I have seen with this level of customer service is Hunter Specialties I returned some cards to them and they not only refunded my money but sent me another call for free.
