He’s good to go BUT is poor at communication. I had the same issues but ultimately got him on the phone and he said he had emailed me. Sure enough he had but it was in the Junk folder. Check there and keep trying on the phone.

Ordered 2 prefits about 5 weeks ago. Left message on his v/m had a call back within 30 minutes. Invoiced me within an hour got him paid and he shipped them out the next day which was a Saturday. Couldn't have been happier.

I have done quite a bit of business with Ryan. Zero issues and all the TL3 prefits I have bought from him have been hammers. I prefer to get him on the phone, but I have never had an issue ordering from his website either. We have also communicated via email a couple times. He always got back to me within a few days.

I buy my barrels and other products from him and he has always came through in good time, if he didn't answer my call he called back as soon as he could. Never a problem.

I have waited 7 weeks on my order from him.
Rarely answers calls and emails. All I have gotten out of him so far is that he is taking care of things. I have been promised updates about ten times but I always have to chase him down.

I will never do business with this guy again.
