Rifle Scopes S&B MTC Turret Question

Recently got into a 5-20 Ultra Short. I love everything about this except the MTC feature (which is the hard click every Mil correct?) but want to disengage it.

I know I need to send it to S&B but do I have to send it overseas or what are my other options? Contact info would be much appreciated.

If you decide to send it in just simply include a letter describing your work request and most importantly all contact info. Yes, believe it or not we have received scopes with no contact info, no letter or return address more often than I care to remember.

I believe there is a youtube video that shows how to disable it. I think its just removing a pin in the turret housing. Could definitely be wrong though.

Thanks Jerry,didn't know if you made it back over here or not but glad to see you did. Do you what the turn around time time
is and cost to disable the MTC function.

Just a reminder that the warranty will be void if the modification is done by anyone but a qualified technician.

You pay shipping both ways and we will disable the MTC at our service center in VA. Turn around is quoted 4-6 weeks on repairs but this can usually be done within a week. Just shoot me a reminder if you send it in. E mail is best.
