Rifle Scopes S&B Short Dot BDC Cams

Does anyone out there know how/where to find additional BDC cams for a S&B 1.1-20 Short Dot? The one I bought came with a 5.56 cam (M885) and I want to change it to a 7.62 cam (M118lr).

THe M118LR BDC is set up for a 14.5' barrel and can be purchased through S&B Inc. Phone number is 603 287-4830.
