I am one of those odd people that actually want to know first hand why everyone has their panties in a twist, so back years ago when he came out with his book I read it. Dog what a horrid book, not the things it said but it was like it was written by a 3rd grader (or me). All over the place, so hard to follow. It took a while but I made it through.....and at the end thought THIS?......this is what got you so worked up.

I read that as well, then learned there are several "versions" I guess I will say. One for western readers and another for "true" believers?
Finding an english version of the second is a bit difficult, you will not find it in a book store.
Back when I read it there was no amazon, not sure if they have the "other" version.

Oddly, ”The Satanic Verses” are not the clearly Satanic “War Surahs“ wherein the pedophilic, megalomaniacal, thief/rapists instructs the faithful to murder Christians and Jews wherever they can be found and to spread Islam by terror and murder (that part is perfectly fine with Muslims). “The Satanic Verses” are two lines where he praises three pagan goddesses, tells the people of Mecca to elevate them (so much for there is one god and Mohamed is his prophet). They get so bothered by these (found in two different histories) not because they tell backwards retards to murder their fellow man, but because it puts the lie to the whole enterprise that Islam is anything but the fevered imagination of a megalomaniac pedo with a fanatic army at his back…QED.
