San Francisco began registering non-citizens, including undocumented immigrants, to register to vote Monday in the November election

I went to a citizenship ceremony a while ago. It was overwhelmingly Mexicans.

I'm not sure how that happens with the quotas and stuff.

I think it's illegals getting imigration lawyers to get them a more or less bogus assylum.
