Sandbags or bipod?

Which do you prefer on the bench? Adjustable front shooting rest or bipod?

I use a bipod.

For shooting off bench I prefer a heavy sandbag because my bipod tends to slip off smooth concrete, prone prefer bipod.

+1 but I will use that heavy bag to place in front of my bipod to load against.
