Savage 110 BA 338 LM LE

i've done some research but can't seem to find an answer so i thought i would post on here. Can a fella replace the butt stock on this rifle? or the whole stock? If so, what are some i can look at? was hopefull someone had already done this . thanks

Check out MDT - Modular Driven Technologies - and their chassis and butt stocks. FWIW I'm running an MDT LSS-XLGen2 chassis with a XLR Industries Extreme butt stock on my Savage 10 FCP in 6.5 CM. The 10 is a short action - I believe yours is a long action but I'm pretty sure MDT, XLR and others make chassis and stuff to retrofit yer action.

Pretty sure that butt stock can be replaced with any butt stock that mounts on an AR style buffer tube.

No problem. Us Savage guys are on our own here...lots of good stuff out there to improve/personalize/customize Savage actions but they are generally on the disapproved of list. Great guns and seriously accurate but not expensive or exclusive enough to be taken seriously by professional snipers or serious competition minded shooters.

Good luck researching upgrades fer yer Savage.
