Suggestions for accuracy enhancing, stock suggestions, etc. The rifle is currently a savage tactical in 7 mm mag, but is gonna get rebarreled to 300 win. Thanks in advance.

Probably a flat-back, staggerfeed (magazine affixed to action) model.

If so...get a new barrel, an aftermarket recoil lug, a Rifle Basix SAV-1 trigger (though the old 3-screw triggers can be tuned pretty nicely) and the stock of your choice. Manners & McMillan make good stocks, the Choate Tactical is a decent budget option, Stockade is another possible choice for you, and I think XLR/McRee have Savage LA chassis available with MDT releasing theirs in the next few months.

Here is the budget build i did. Started with a pawn shop $225 flat back 30-06, then added the following:
Choate tactical stock (rattle can paint job)
Rifle basix sav1 trigger (set down to 1.75 lbs)
Bolt face conversion and misc parts from midway usa
CBI 28" bull in 300wm, recoil lug and barrelnut from nss
Harris bipod
Ken farrell steel 20 moa base and medium steel rings
SWFA-SS-HD 5-20x50
16.2 lbs unloaded with bipod

Haven't had the chance to shoot it yet, hopefully soon.
