Re: savage 111fcxp3
Not knowing what your application might be, my suggestion would favor the 111 FCNS.
As for the BAS stock; personally, I think its appeal is more about marketing than function, and suspect the Accue-Stock on the FCNS may well be more durable and more accurate at a fraction of the cost.
The main drawback, if it actually is a drawback on the FCNS is the sporter weight 22" barrel. If the rifle is intended primarily for walkabout applications, you're already doing pretty well. For a range-only rifle which will be shooting a lot of rounds in relatively close succession, then a heavier, longer barrel could make better sense (..or not, a heavy barrel is no guarantee of better accuracy sustainment over many rounds in succession. An overheated bore shoots poorly and wears quickly, no matter what profile it wears).
Unfortunately, I don't know if the barrel channel on the FCNS will accept a heavier profile barrel. If not, then the Accue-Stock may need to be sacrificed, and honestly, I'm not so sure I'd be all that willing to make that sacrifice, the Accue-Stock really is that major an advantage.
