Does anybody here have one of these yet in .300WM? I have a friend that's interested in one and wants to know how it is and the contour of the barrel, because nobody selling it or Savage lists what type of barrel it is. Thanks

I saw one of these at the Sportsman's Warehouse here in Albuquerque this week. Pretty interesting setup and that accustock is very interesting and should prove to be a good one it looks like. The trigger is a great starting or maybe even finishing point. I'd like to see one in 7 mag. As for the barrel I don't know the different sizes but it seemed to be a hunter weight to me. Also, not sure how effective that break will really be.

Buddy has one. decent gun from what he claims, barrel was smaller contour than originaly specd from savage but he likes it. brake works as it is suppose to and he is getting sub MOA out of it.
