Savage Mod 10 .308 Value?

I have a friend looking to sell his Savage Mod 10 and he asked me to see what it is worth. I'm not real familiar with bolt gun values so I'm hoping someone here can help.

It is a Savage Mod 10 in .308 with the factory 20" heavy barrel that is also fluted. The optic is a Millet with 6-25x56 I believe.

The scope rail and rings are Badger.

Picture quality sucks but that is the only one I was sent.

Depending on barrel condidtion I would guess 1000-1200 with everything pictured.

The gun only has 15 round down the barrel.

I think it'll fetch $1000 tops on the typical open market. I love Savages, but they have piss poor resale.

looks like a factory tupperware stock, so a mismatch with the rings/base - not much of a market for that combination - for a quick sale take it apart - 50 for the base, 100 rings, 20 if the bipod is generic, 475 rifle, 60% of new on the scope or you could ask a 1000 for the package and answer 200 PMs from tire kickers without selling it
