savage model 93R17 TR

Looking to upgrade my 17hmr and purchase on of these. Anyone have any feedback or range reports. Let me know

I have a 93r17 BTVS it's a pretty good shooter 1.5 moa at 100. Trigger doesn't not feel good. It's not terrible but it's not that nice either. I shoot CCI or WinX from Wallyworld

what scope do you have on it and is yours the accutrigger model

There's something you can do to improve the trigger feel and lighten the pull weight.

Going back to OPs topic. Savage makes pretty good rimfire bolt guns, but I don't believe the TR is all that worth it.

I'd just get some Savage Mark II V models (FV or BV) and just order a boyd's tacticool stock.
