I've got a new to me Savage 12 (F class) and I have a couple of torquing questions

What is the torque spec on the barrel nut?

What is the best sequence and spec on the action screws?

Thanks, I there is some great information on Accurate Shooter, but at least for me it can be hard to find sometimes.

Anyone have a barrel torque setting?

Using my Savage nut wrench ( Which I believe is a Midway Wheeler brand ) that has a square half inch opening for the drive, approximately one and a half inch from the centerline of the nut socket opening I apply about 40 to 45 ft. lb.

And I might add I always use anti-seize ( Bostik, with nickel ) when I assemble the barrel, receiver, nut, assembly.
