I try not to get into politics, but when something like this comes up I have to act. I urge all of you to contact your representatives and tell them to vote no on the market place fairness act. This act will effect ecommerce business, particularly smaller ones. Whenever you hear the word 'fairness' attached to any legislation these days beware, that's all I will say.

Jay, Thanks for posting and I dont think there is anything political about this. This would effectively drive out many/most of the smaller specialty people since they can not keep up with the regulations and it would stiffle new great products coming to marktet. Also, there is a place, if I am not mistaken, on everyones tax form to pay additional un reported taxes.

Again....nothing political here and thanks for reminding everyone. Surprised more of your peers arent saying the same thing.
