Ok I have looked, and searched, and tried to find this info before posting, but here it goes.
For SBR ownership, does it have to have a designated lower?
I know you need the tax stamp, and the BATFE blessing, and have the lower engraved, etc etc etc
the question is, after all that is accomplished, can I put a standard AR upper back on a SBR engraved lower and be legal?
I dont really see why not, but I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing some sort of legislation regarding this.
