A lady on "Nextdoor" was asking when will all the madness end, my response:

It'll stop when we repair the broken family system in this country, get back to teaching kids values and morals, both parents present and taking an interest in the kids lives, and in the interim making schools harder targets as change to the broken family works it's way across society.

It would also help to never mention or publicize the names of people that do this, stop glamorizing acts of terror by plastering it all across the media and making these degenerates feel famous and important. While we're on that subject, stop with the participation trophies, start teaching kids about loss and failure, prepare them for the real world where everyone isn't always a winner.

And for crying out loud, stop putting every teenager on pills. Life is tough, part of living and growing up is dealing with a hardship and adversity. Shield them from it their whole lives and they lash out when times get tough because they never learned to deal with tough times.

Horrible that it's happened again but the change we all want to see will only happen in the home. Nobody is capable of solving this problem for us.

Reports say no R.O. in the school, I'll bet the parents were safe in the Mall shopping with security today while they left their children unprotected on purpose. Why is that don't they love their children, aren't their children's lives more important then theirs, apparently not in this case.

It's not only video games...but its parents not raising their kids right. They've should have been taught to have the kids learn about the safe handling of firearms and respect of the environment that surrounds them.

Too bad...so sad that the parents in some social situations don't have the ability or wherewithal to perform that important task to their offspring.

Or they just don't care...

I agree with you on this. Generally adolescent boys who spend countless hours watching these games and then act out their fantasies. This combined with the epidemic of young people being prescribed psychotropic drugs is a dangerous mix.

I guess the thing that strikes me on this one is that it happened at a STEM charter school. Poor kids don't attend these (used to work directly across the street from one of the larger ones here in San Diego). Lot's of affluent parents vie for slots in STEM schools, so that their child can have an advantage. Add to that, the VERY liberal stance of these schools (as well as what is taught) and it is ironic to me that this should happen.


Then again, some of these parents use these schools as a high tech babysitter...

More importantly, its reported that one student tackled one of the gunmen and another “confronted him” which allowed others to escape, including the deceased.

May God comfort all those kids, the family of the young man who died, the injured, families, and the staff.
And the SO staff and EMS staff who responded. This can be rough on them too.

I didn't read the whole thing but I read enough to know that you have another kid who was deeply troubled, had zero parental oversight into his activities and was angry about many things. I just SMFH that so many warning signs in that article went unnoticed by the parents. The writing of the car should have prompted some serious repercussions at home. So should his atrocious school record.

It will be interesting to see if he was prescribed some of the latest and greatest psychotropics.

I can't believe parents let this happen.

The theme is the same. It has not deviated and will not deviate.

The kids are exposed to freak shit from a very early age. It turns them to the deviant side before they have a chance to find balance for themselves.

Five nights at Freddie’s has been a bane at my house. I will not allow that crap in the door, Internet, or Tv.

If you have not seen it you should be aware what they are exposing the future to. It’s not cute, or funny. But sick and demented, especially how normalized and offered up to 5 year olds.

I have seen other contemporary cartoons where the entire episode is anti male where it promoted that the male is not needed and/or feminized. The agenda goes way past the girl power theme.

This crap is being pushed on kids while in daycare or while mommy is on the phone with the kid being babbysat by the tv.

Ever watched the clusterfucking high speed tractor-trailer wreck of a movie called Jason X ? Damn near lost half my brain cells from just a glance over alone. That one probably set the precedent for all male-hating SJW productions afterward. It was released around the same time that Sweden started pulling that gender neutral preschool cuck nonsense into law. The agenda has been used for quite a bit of time. What matters now is just how much longer people will continue to tolerate that shit...

With a population where the individual on average can’t find natural balance one can not afford to have pointy dangerous things around.

That is why they promote imbalance.

I have not but can imagine whats in it. What we are dealing with the last several decades is a dump of the most deviant persons out of heaven. We all are divided into thirds based on what happened previously. One third fought for what was right, one third sat on the fence, one third fought to overthrow order like the SJWs now are doing because they are the same ones from before. Look around and you see pretty much the same pattern albiet its a little more weighted towards the fence sitters and shitty third.

This thing was written a long time ago and is going hot.

The last time I went to see a doctor to get a prescription, I had to ask him to run tests to get baseline levels so that follow up tests would show if the drug was masking a more significant health issue. His response "that's a good idea".

I have a doctor in the family and she doesn't make me any more confident in the average healthcare employee.

I believe the medical error statistics. I have heard of several cases where people have their medications changed with no instructions of what to do if something goes wrong and then they died before their next appointment. These are second hand reports, not rare events that got spread around.

How many doctors are going to raise their hand and say "my bad"?

The point is we need to take responsibility for ourselves, our health and our families.

I think private schools are a good start but I'm beginning to think home school might be the only real way to ensure a good education (and safety).

If it was some kind of "transgender" issue, that kid should have been in a mental hospital.

There are a lot of conditions that have been dropped from the DSM mental diagnostic categories (or whatever it's called) that need to be put back on and we have to do something to remove the stigma from people who get help while at the same time keeping guns away from real nuts.

I went to both sorry assed public schools, one of the most respected public high schools schools in the country, and a highly ranked military high school.

I never had kids but if I did Id never let them step foot in any public or private school today. Home school. If you cant you shouldnt have kids.

Fuck the mind control games.

Learn to THINK FOR YOURSELF then it wont matte where you go to school.

My Squaw,AKA Grandma, took off early this morning to take care of our Grandson that attends that school.
My Grandson is a bit too much Snowflake for me but I still love him.
The next time he is down here, we have him for several weeks at a time every summer, He and I will go through some drills as to how to get Low and move Fast.
My Grandson was a ways away from the incident but heard shots, and knew what they were from going to the range with his Dad and me then a "Big Bang", I would guess a FlashBang grenade but don't know.
He is in 3rd. grade and is quite wired up over this thing.
His comment to his Dad last night was, "I wish you had been there with your gun to shoot the Bad Guys."
My Son is LE so guns are no stranger to my Grandson.

Grandma is in place now so I am sure she will show him her gun she carries and explain to him that she carries it for a reason just like his Dad does.

I got nothing else. We will see how this works out later. FM

Sorry to disagree....The parental oversight, having a MOM that is a full time parent versus working, proper value discussion at home will trump anything they learn at school.

All of my kids went or are going to public schools. They are all successful both academically and socially. My oldest three all are professionals or soon to be. School gets trumped by parents that teach values and teach that when in trouble or uncertain, you come to US not anyone else

I would in part agree but ask, "Why expose them to poison if its unnecessary.

I understand that you can step off the curb and be hit by a truck...some shit happens, but no point in stepping out there on purpose. Ive lost all respect for almost all public institutions.

And there is indoctrination going on that most have little awareness of and have no control over. Personally, I never really fit into the 'system', and have little respect for it. One just needs to learn what it really is. It tried to break me but I was already broken and decided to repair myself by my own schematic rather than one presented to me by the system.

It's obvious that you're against the civil rights of transgenders. If anyone carried out with such an outrageous claim such as yours, here in the United States...should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. Not all schools are teaching communism. Our schools are quite excellent in terms of academics, sports and theater. Teachers really care about the kids. If you live in the inner city, yes you are screwed but we don't.
  2. Lots of people like to bitch but few actually get involved with the school to truly understand the curriculum and the teachers. My wife is an ACTIVE participant. If you don't do this, then you have no bitch in my opinion. Like not voting and then bitching about how bad our country is. We know if the teacher's point of view crosses the line between academic and proselytizing. We make sure our kids are not in that class.
  3. We have brought our kids up to think for themselves and ask questions at home.
  4. Nothing against home schooling but I think those kids have their share of problems too. It is not a panacea. Social and athletic involvement is much more difficult, at least where I live

I used to think as you do but have ... adapted my understanding of life and how it happens.

By my understanding of the Divine, we live in an infinite, eternal, creation. That leaves a lot of room for diversity. I used to use the bible to condemn homosexuality...until I talked to enough men that I had respect for who all said roughly the same thing..."I always felt like I was the wrong sex since a child but only as a man in today's climate did I have guts enough to come out." Some people are born with spina bifita...the spine outside the body, some are born with club feet,, or cleft palettes. Who am I to condemn anyone for how they were born. Thats up to the Almighty, I just say "Judge not lest you be judged." As long as they dont fuck with me I believe in "Live and let live."

Beyond that, I think that rather than a 'mental' disease, its more tied up in the emotional body rather than the mind. One can be very disturbed, but very intelligent which leads me to theorize they are connected but separate parts of our make up. Thats why you can 'reason' or apply 'logic' to an emotionally invested person (right or left) and its like hitting a stone wall. The emotional over whelms the reason. thats how the parasites of government and religion control the masses...through promises (positive emotional) and fear (negative emotional). Once youre afraid you can be manipulated very easily.

Thats also why some of old fuckers cant be manipulated...we've seen it all and just dont give a fuck. Nothing you can do or threaten to do can frighten me much because Ive faced the reaper and will meet him soon regardless.

Living where I do, I probably interact with more transgender people than 99% of the country.

I've met one that was highschool age and it was a deeply deeply troubled person. Having met their mother, I think I know who's to blame.

The fact that one shot up a school isn't surprising to me. I think it's pretty safe to say any school shooter should be in a mental hospital, being "transgender" is a big warning sign.

Also, there are some choices that children aren't mature enough to make. It's not a matter of civil rights, it's about preventing bad choices that make things worse. The mother mentioned above had her own problems but she wasn't smart enough to keep her kid from being a train wreck who was suicidal, acted out violently and was completely devoid of coping skills or any plans for the future.

As for transgender people who are of age, most I've met are a mess. Not the normal mess you get when you put a dress on a dude, worse. The minority that aren't a mess are just doing their own thing and that's fine with me.

So if you are going to ask me if people with severe mental and emotional problems should have access to guns: NO.

Love this young man.

He knew himself and lived as a man while still in high school.

House got a bit dusty reading his dad saying what this great young man said he would do and stuck to his plan.
We know all to well about those who speak and do not do.

Nice job to the other kids who did it as well.
Time to push my work to allow CCW.....?

Hell, I would love a kid like that anywhere I met em.

This tragic story and his brave actions just makes him that much more of a kid I love.

I cant imagine feeling that tearing grief and pride of your own hero.
I pray I never do.

My kiddo asked me about it today. After she told me what she knew, I clarified a couple things and let her know one young man died. Told her what he did. She said she would pray for him and remember him as a great hero.

Sometimes, I feel like I am getting some stuff right.

Lets remember this guy.
