Don't know where this belongs so i am putting it here.
As i sit here on a BS deployment to Kuwait watching the training videos it occurs to me that i am not a "good shooter" just must get lucky with a lot of rounds. So here is my question are there any training facilities that offer long range courses that are VA acreditted so as i can use my gi bill to get the training that i so dearly need? Thanks ins advance for all replies.

Not quite the same, but you can go to gunsmithing school at Trinidad State Junior College and be 30 miles away from the NRA Whittington Center...one of the best ranges in the nation.

Would like to go to Trinidad but as soon as i get home gotta rejoin the real world with a real job and real bills am just looking for something that i could do on terminal leave.

Since you are sitting there you could look up colleges that offer programs in machining, CAD and CAD design. Quite a few of the smiths are running full CAD systems to do the vast majority of work. Then check out the AGI series of DVD/CD's for home study. Grab a job at a machine shop and rock on.

Cheers,
