Good day!

I have a K31 rifle, with a clamp on scope mount and a 3-10 scope with 56 MOA of elevation.

is there a ring set or shim kit so I can both cant to the left 15 degrees and also get more MOA via shims?

Swiss ammo (GP11 174 at 2550 fps) is highly accurate but I'd like the options of 155 grain, 168 grain. and 190 grain loads loads at 1k.

80 percent of my shooting is at 600 yards or less but I'd like the option of 1k yards.

Scope in question... https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1009771780

I have a scope that fits the rifle/rights/scope without cant, shims, but I don't know what could happen with shims.

Haven't shot it in many years, I have one as well, but with a D&T mount instead of the clamp-on.

Not clear on the question (or why) you'd want to cant the scope further to the left than the mount already has it (maybe a picture of your mount would help).

Keep in mind that there's physics here that can't be changed. With any scope that is offset horizontally from the bore (as opposed to dead-center over the top) your zero is only valid for a specific range. As range increases or decreases, the point in space where the line of sight through the scope and the imaginary straight line projection of the bore will intersect changes. Unlike windage adjustments being strictly for "wind", you will need to adjust windage to compensate for range as well. Alternately, you can "zero" a side-mount so that line of sight, and projected line of the bore are parallel in the horizontal plane- and "hold" the difference which would be constant at any given range.

Will try to keep physics in mind.

The clamp on mount is to the right, and has held zero. Left side is drill and tap. It is a top ejecting rifle.

Im more comfortable and the scope has better ejection when its canted to the left.

Don't see how I will need to change windage, (if shims are over bore axis)

The POA/POI difference with this offset is minimal at even 1K yards. This argument has been proven numerous times. The only concern with this set-up is ensuring the reticle is plumb/level. Shooter comfort is paramount and if the slight inboard cant improves it, go for it.

Burris XTR rings have plastic spacer you can install in the ring to adjust MOA. What size tube is on your scope?

1 inch tube, 16.3 Mils/56 MOA total elevation reported, I have not counted clicks to confirm yet.

Also forgot to mention, the rings have to be 3/8 inch dovetail rimfire rings.

me Id just buy an adjustable scope base if your happy with your scope a new scope could run you 500 or more an adjustable scope base and there are a few of them the one I just got for my pops 22lr was only 395 +shipping and he has the elevation to shoot past 1k not that he will not with the 22lr but it's there if he decides to try it .
https://heritage-arms.com/product-category/gun-parts/cold-shot-llc-adjustable-scope-bases/ just another one more expensive
and the really nice but really expensive one
good luck finding an good option for you what ever you decide to get or do .

That's a cool device but won't work with this setup.

I guess the question is where I can find a rimfire dovetail ring set with ring inserts allowing zeroing without making adjustments at the scope.

Another option would be a dovetail to 1913 or weaver rail to allow those rings but that may take up real estate over the top of the action.

Here's a visual of the mount on a K31, though I can't the gun to the left while of course keeping the scope vertical.
