The back straps tasted like Pheasant to me, chizlic'd up, with some flour and seasoning, fried in olive oil.

That's a helluva Cat. They do get big don't they? A guy up here hit a 200 pounder at night in front of my kids coming home from a game. It almost went thru their windshield !!! Nuther guy up here got this one. Don't know the weight.
