So after getting to speak with Austin for a bit I felt comfortable buying from him and purchased two units. There was some delay from iRay and Austin sent me a demo unit to get me running. The optics I purchased have since arrived and all is well. My experience with him was mostly positive, and what issues I did have were resolved and made right. If anyone is considering buying a thermal I can recommend giving him a look and call.
