Seeking rail to mount bipod on McMillan A4 stock

I want to try a bipod other than the Harris that is currently mounted to the sling swivel stud underneath my McMillan A4 stock. I suppose there is a simple solution on the market for a rail that mounts where the stud is, but I am not finding one. Any help will be appreciated.

I could probably make do with either of those. The A4 is flat in that section of the stock, but I'll have to make a modification for the second hole. Not that I'm opposed to modifications.

CNC,

Yep, I'll need those fasteners, too. Thanks for the links.

MuleyTime,

The Seekins is anotehr option that I didn't know about. My McM stock has a QD sling recepticle 3 inches away from the standard sling stud. Now I need to take the action out and see what is in the stock channel. Thanks for the option.

We install the seekins 3" rail here. If your stock already has a second stud on it, we would fill that in and install another t-nut to the correct spacing for the rail to be bolted in.

Thanks for the guidance, Ryan. Here are pics of what I have. The sling stud goes through to the inside of the stock, but the QD attachment (I think that's what that is) does not. The holes are 2 and 15/16" apart, on centers. I think that's close enough to 3". How much trouble would I have if I did a home installation of a t-nut?
