Rifle Scopes Seekins Base - Which rings for now - lower $

I recently got my custom Rem 700 .300 winmag finished and am putting a 20 MOA Seekins base on it. For now, I will have to use my current scope until funds allow the purchase of a new one. It has a 1" tube and I want 30mm tube when I buy a new scope. What rings would you buy for now to mount on the Seekins base that wouldn't be too costly?

Eventually, when I get a new scope I will be getting new Seekins rings as well.

You could buy the 30mm rings you want and get some 30mm x 1" scope ring adapters. With that said, I have never used them, so I can't speak to how they work.

I'm curious about the same thing. Just got a new 700 AAC-SD and shopping for base and rings but the scope I have now is only a 1 inch tube.
