Seekins sp10 vs gap10

I know these are essentially the same rifle built by seekins but which is more accurate. Does ga precision just put their name on a seeking factory rifle or do they order tighter specs by seekins. Or do they order parts and assemble themselves. Guess the question is should I get the seekins sp10 or the gap10? Is their enough of a difference from one to another?

How accurate have SP10 been out of the box?

I'm debating between an SP10 complete from seekins or the receiver set with a premium barrel (bartlein, rock creek or JP). I don't expect 1/2 moa from a gasser, but I do want sub MOA. Is that achievable with the seekins barrel?
