Gunsmithing Semi desperate........

Some of you may remember a guy who was a victim in the demise of Cactus Weapon Systems in Laredo and waited nearly 3 years to have a rifle completed.... well, that's me - or at least I'm one of them.
Along the way a Nightforce scope disappeared from that shop, so in the end I got a "completed" 300WSM on a Surgeon action without the scope I had already paid for. Only one small problem...it had no magazine!
Before the demise of Cactus, I also ordered a little 6.8SPC for my duaghter. I did finally get it as well - but without a magazine!
I live in Austin and took both guns to a local gunsmith in hopes of a fix. I am sorry to report that my plight didn't really seem to alarm him and the "fixes" I got are not satisfactory. I still have two truly single shot rifles (mags don't feed!!) Good news - the 6.8 is very accurate!
I need a gunsmith who will take an interest in getting these 2 rifles completed. I fear that the stocks may need to be redone in order to properly align what I'm sure will need to be new mags, but I'll leave that to an expert.
Any ideas on a gunsmith - hopefully somewhere in Texas - would be very welcome.
